1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ailo Network ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors who participate in mining or training activities.

2. Description of Service

Ailo Network is a decentralized artificial intelligence platform that provides:

AI Chat

Chat with AI models running directly in your browser, completely private.

Distributed Inference

Join multiple browsers to run larger models (up to 600B parameters).

Mining & Training

Contribute computing power to train AI and earn AiloCoin rewards.

Wallet & Transfers

Send, receive, and manage your AiloCoin with full transaction history.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Ailo Network, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Lawful Use Only

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Security

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

Recovery Key Protection

Securely store your Recovery Key. This is the ONLY way to recover your account if you forget your password. We cannot reset passwords without a valid recovery key.

No Exploitation

Do not attempt to manipulate the mining algorithm, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse the reward system.

Respectful Conduct

Interact respectfully with other users and do not engage in harassment, spam, or malicious activities.

4. AiloCoin (ALC) Token

Important Token Disclaimer

AiloCoin (ALC) is an experimental utility token with no guaranteed monetary value
ALC tokens are earned through contributions to the network (training, inference, participation)
Token values may fluctuate or become worthless at any time
We make no promises regarding future exchange listings or liquidity
Do not invest more computing resources than you can afford to lose

Transactions on the Ailo blockchain are subject to:

Verification: All transactions are verified by network consensus (51% threshold)
Immutability: Confirmed transactions cannot be altered or deleted
Rollback: Fraudulent transactions may be reversed if network consensus determines invalidity
Fees: Transfer transactions incur a 0.01 ALC fee to prevent spam

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property rights:

Platform: Ailo Network and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ailo Network
AI Models: Community-trained models are collectively owned by the network contributors
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit for training, which remains on your device
Contributions: Model improvements you contribute become part of the shared network

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

⚠️ AS IS / AS AVAILABLE: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
AI models will produce correct, safe, or unbiased outputs
Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ailo Network shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Damages resulting from AI model outputs or decisions
Loss of AiloCoin tokens due to blockchain issues or security breaches

💡 Your Responsibility: You use the Service at your own risk. Always verify AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Breach of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of the mining or reward system
Harmful behavior towards other users or the network

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your wallet balance remains on the blockchain but may become inaccessible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes:

We may notify users via the application or email for major changes
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
