3. Local Processing

Ailo Network prioritizes local data processing for maximum privacy:

  • AI Model Training: All training occurs on your device. Raw data never leaves your computer.
  • Gradient Aggregation: Only anonymized model updates are shared with the network, not your data.
  • Blockchain Verification: You download and verify the blockchain locally using IndexedDB.
  • Model Caching: AI models are cached locally to avoid repeated downloads.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential storage technologies for the application to function:

  • IndexedDB (DualMindStorage): Caches AI model weights locally (up to 500MB)
  • IndexedDB (AiloBlockchain): Stores local blockchain copy for verification
  • LocalStorage: Session token, user preferences, consent status

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared in limited circumstances:

  • Blockchain: Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the Ailo blockchain
  • Aggregated Statistics: Network-wide metrics (never individual data)
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or valid legal process

⚠️ Blockchain Transparency: Transactions on the Ailo blockchain are public. Your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone using the blockchain explorer.

📝 Note: Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted once recorded. However, wallet addresses are pseudonymous and not directly linked to your identity.

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3
  • Password Hashing: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt
  • Access Controls: Strict access controls for server-side data
  • Consensus Verification: Transactions are verified by network consensus (51% threshold)

8. Children's Privacy

Ailo Network is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
