How do I check my ALC balance?
Your balance is displayed in your wallet dashboard. Navigate to the Wallet page after logging in. The
balance updates automatically as you receive mining rewards or transfers.
How long do transfers take to confirm?
Transfers are typically confirmed within 6 confirmations (approximately 60 minutes). You can track
pending transactions in your wallet with real-time confirmation status. Transactions with 6+
confirmations are considered fully confirmed.
How do I earn AiloCoin (ALC)?
You earn ALC by contributing to the distributed AI training. Simply login, go to the Dashboard, and
start mining. Your browser will perform calculations and submit gradients to the network. Rewards are
based on your contribution quality.
Why is my mining reward low?
Rewards depend on: 1) Quality of your gradient (low loss = better reward), 2) Network difficulty, 3)
Global model progress. Consistent high-quality contributions earn more over time. Keep your browser tab
active for best results.
How do I use the CUDA GPU Client?
For significantly higher rewards (10x-50x), you can run our native Python client if you have an NVIDIA
GPU.

The client runs in your terminal and connects to the same wallet.
What GPU do I need for CUDA mining?
The CUDA client requires an NVIDIA GPU with at least
8GB VRAM. Recommended cards:
- RTX 3060 Ti or better (best value)
- RTX 4060 or higher (good efficiency)
- RTX 5060 Ti (latest, best performance)
The model uses ~4GB VRAM. More VRAM allows larger batch sizes = faster training.
Is there a GUI for the CUDA miner?
Yes! Run
python gui_app.py to launch the graphical interface with:
- Real-time charts (loss, hashrate)
- Mining statistics dashboard
- Settings panel (GPU, power, wallet)
- Full log viewer with export
Install the GUI dependencies first:

Why is training slow on my GPU?
The AILO-1B model has 841 million parameters. Each training step takes 10-30 seconds depending on your
GPU.
This is normal! Tips to improve speed:
- Use power level 70-90% in settings
- Close other GPU-intensive applications
- Ensure proper GPU cooling
- RTX 50 series: Use PyTorch nightly for best performance
I forgot my password. How do I recover my account?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you have your recovery key (shown during
registration), you can use it to reset your password. Without a recovery key, account recovery may not
be possible due to our decentralized security model.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Ailo uses local processing - your data never leaves your device. Passwords are hashed with Scrypt,
and wallet keys are encrypted locally. We follow a privacy-first approach where the AI comes to your
data, not the other way around.
Which browsers are supported?
Ailo works best on modern browsers with WebGPU/WebGL support: Chrome 113+, Edge 113+, Firefox 110+,
Safari 16.4+. For optimal mining performance, we recommend Chrome or Edge with hardware acceleration
enabled.
How do I use the API?
Check our

endpoints. Key APIs include: /api/v1/explorer/stats for network stats, /api/ledger/paginated for
